Cameron’s are a leading UK Events agency based in Glasgow and we’re looking for a skilled & motivated Audio-Visual Technician to join our dynamic team. We specialise in delivering high-quality audio-visual solutions to a diverse range of clients across various industries. Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot audio visual equipment such as projectors, sound systems, LED wall, and lighting systems.
• Set up and operate audio visual equipment for presentations, meetings, conferences, and events.
• Conduct equipment checks and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their audio‑visual requirements and provide technical support and guidance.
• Coordinate with the project team to plan and execute audio‑visual events.
• Stay updated with the latest audio‑visual technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions to clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Audio‑Visual Technician or a related role.
• Solid knowledge of audio‑visual equipment, including projectors, sound systems, LED walls and lighting systems.
• Familiarity with audio‑visual signal flow, cabling, and connectors.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of power management best practices for audio‑visual setups
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when required.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to client sites.

Bonus points if you have experience with Vmix, Absen LED wall and Novastar controllers.

Salary Range:26-32k depending on experience.
