You will influence technology, strategy, and the development of future leaders — making your contribution felt not only within RR SMR, but across the global nuclear‑energy landscape.**Essential Qualifications**We’re looking for someone who brings:* Strong leadership experience in engineering environments.* Programme management capability in complex hardware or regulated sectors.* Deep pumps knowledge across full lifecycle stages.* The ability to communicate, influence, and build trust across diverse stakeholders.* A relevant engineering qualification (degree, or equivalent experience).* Experience operating in cross‑functional environments at pace.**Pay and Benefits**We anticipate paying a salary of between £57,600- £74,500 (DOE) plus:-* Bonus - Performance related bonus of up to 12.5%* Benefits Allowance - £2200, enabling you to create a bespoke package* Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.* Holidays - 28 days holiday (+ public holidays) and the ability to buy or sell up to 4 days* Family Friendly Policies* Private Medical Insurance - BUPA single cover health care* Life Assurance - 6x pensionable pay* £250 - One-off payment for new starters for home office purchases**Location**We offer flexible and hybrid working across Derby, Warrington, Manchester, or remote arrangements.
