The Role
On our mission to build an enduring growth organization, we are seeking an outstanding EA/Office Manager to support the CEO and the Head of Investment Team. This role combines executive support, office management and project support for goals owned by the CEO Office. To excel, you should be very organized and detail-oriented. The candidate should be passionate about providing 5-star support, maintain high standards in the office, and be tech-savvy to leverage cloud/AI tools to improve efficiency. A suitable candidate will have essential EA skills and an interest in supporting other operational projects when required.
Key responsibilities for the first 12 months
- Multiply executive leverage: manage the CEO’s and Head of Investments Team’s calendar and inbox with quick turnaround, track action items, prepare a sharp weekly brief, and coordinate meetings across time zones. Plan and execute multi-city travel within budget, manage visas/profiles, print/bind materials, process expenses weekly with accuracy, and offer personal support when it increases effectiveness.
- Run a hospitality-grade office and investor moments: maintain front-of-house impeccably, greet guests, ensure meeting rooms are always ready, ensure AV reliability. Own office vendors and budget, coordinate health & safety, cleaners, security, and weekly supplies. Maintain and remediate the issues log.
- Operational Support for CEO Office/IR: support team offsites, high-ROI team rituals, and CEO Office initiatives. Codify playbooks for scheduling, travel, expenses, visitors, and meeting support; operate with modern tools (Reclaim.ai, Notion, DocuSign, TravelPerk, etc.) and publish a quarterly ops snapshot with simple KPIs. Support CRM and organize the AGM, investor dinners and roadshows on time and within budget.

We are looking for someone deeply passionate about Greyhound and the role’s mission. The ideal candidate has the following attributes and experiences:
Experience
- 4–6 years of EA and Office Management experience across professional services
- Strong academic achievements, university degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated impact in lean or high-performance environments
- Experience in complex international travel bookings and scheduling
- Familiarity and passion for modern cloud/AI tools
