# Mechanical EngineerWe are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join the Estates Division, within the Asset Management team. The Estates Division manages a diverse and complex operational estate of over 370 buildings, supporting teaching, research, and innovation across the University.This role is critical in ensuring that mechanical building services a including heating, ventilation, cooling, and water systems are maintained to the highest standards, remain compliant with regulations, and operate safely.
