The successful candidate will have 5-8+ years of experience in AI/ML, modern Python proficiency, and a thorough understanding of cloud engineering. Responsibilities include building document workflows, debugging models, and communicating with stakeholders. Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience building production AI/ML systems.
• Strong fundamentals in AI/ML evaluation frameworks.
• Practical experience with cloud engineering, preferably AWS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based AI applications.
• Build and maintain document workflows using LLMs.
• Debug model performance and optimize system reliability.
• Rapidly prototype new features and evaluate them.

Skills

Modern Python proficiency

Deep knowledge of AI frameworks

Experience with human-in-the-loop systems

Understanding of AI/ML evaluation frameworks

Knowledge of CI/CD and containerization

Experience with cloud engineering (AWS preferred)

Understanding of microservices architecture

Experience with LLMs and classical NLP
