A community-focused housing organization is hiring a Scheme Manager in Swindon, England. This role involves managing the building and residents, promoting their well-being, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations. The successful candidate will have strong numeracy and literacy skills, preferably an understanding of elderly care, and the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships. The Scheme Manager is an essential role within the team. Working from an office based at the scheme, managing the building and residents, you would be part of a team of 12 scheme managers located in the South West, reporting to a Housing Officer who works remotely.
