The CEO of Southend East Community Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an Estates Technician to support the Estates Team in delivering effective caretaking services, including site security, oversight of facilities and equipment, porterage, cleaning, and routine maintenance duties.

The Central Finance Team, the Central ICT Team, the Central Estates Team and the Central HR Team are all based in Shoeburyness High School.

Each school has a Local Academy Committee, to which the Trust Board delegate responsibilities.
