A reputable educational institution in Basildon is seeking an Evening Caretaker/Lettings Coordinator to support evening activities and manage site maintenance. The position is part-time, approximately 23 hours a week, with a pro-rated salary of £16,155 per annum. Potential shifts include weekdays and weekends. The role requires an enthusiastic individual to ensure the facilities are safe and ready for hire while working with the wider Caretaking Team. Shift patterns worked will be between the hours of -
Monday & Friday evenings (17:30 - 21:30)
Tuesday to Thursday evenings (17:30 - 22:30)
Work during day time hours in the school holiday periods and evenings during the weekend will also be considered based on demand.
