Responsibilities

• Support corporate and transactional matters including M&A and private equity.
• Handle stand-alone IP/Tech/Data transactions.
• Provide advisory work on protection and commercialisation of IP.

Skills

Experience advising on IP/Tech/Data aspects of Corporate transactions

Experience with stand-alone agreements, including TSAs
