A leading UK digital retail platform is looking for a Team Leader to join their Supply Chain team, based between Heywood and Shaw. This role involves leading, motivating, and training the supply chain staff to ensure operational objectives are met. The Team Leader will manage safety protocols, time, and attendance, require flexibility in shifts, and embody the company's values in creating an inclusive work environment. We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our Supply Chain team to be based between our site in Heywood and at our Distribution Centre in Shaw.
Shifts: This role will be split between the two sites and shifts will be between Monday – Sunday with shifts operating within the hours of 6am – 4:00pm. You’ll need to be flexible with start and finish times and be able to support the business with overtime when required.
