Qualifications

• Previous experience in a QS or trainee QS role, preferably with a main contractor.
• Strong commercial awareness and numerical skills.
• Ambition to learn and progress in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Support senior QSs with day-to-day commercial tasks.
• Assist in valuations, cost reporting, and subcontractor liaison.
• Prepare and review project documentation and submittals.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and progress.
• Support tendering and procurement processes.
