Responsibilities

• Delivering fast and accurate service to all customers.
• Resolving simple customer enquiries and referring difficult ones to a Manager.
• Ensuring food safety standards are met.
• Completing cleaning schedules as per company policy.
• Maintaining cleanliness and convenience expectations.
• Following operational protocols and using PPE when needed.
