About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Health & Safety Coordinator / Advisor to join a busy, multi-site operation. You’ll play a key role in keeping our clients teams safe, ensuring compliance, and helping to continuously improve Health & Safety standards. This is a hands‑on, varied role with exposure to multiple sites, processes, and teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the delivery and maintenance of safe working practices across multiple sites.
• Conducting and maintaining risk assessments and safety audits.
• Investigating incidents and near misses, following up with corrective actions.

• Running site inductions and guiding employees and contractors on safety standards.

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and compliance.
