Position Overview
The Asset Protection Officer (APO) is responsible for the detection, reporting, and deterrence of customer and associate activity that could result in a loss to Ralph Lauren. APOs are also responsible for ensuring a safe environment for all customers, associates, and vendors. APOs promote and monitor compliance with Ralph Lauren policies and procedures related to theft prevention, safety, and inventory control. The APO is also required to promote awareness and conduct training within various areas of operational execution.
In addition to these core duties, you will support building security by managing the Employee Entrance, overseeing incoming and outgoing deliveries and shipments with couriers, conducting bag checks as needed, ensuring vendors sign in and out with verified identities, and facilitating access control through the creation of access cards and management of office keys.
This position reports to the Asset Protection Manager or Asset Protection Lead.
