As we see the world differently and do things differently, we are looking for someone to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership to improve our decision making.You will be the right-hand person to the UK FP&A Manager, a sparring partner to drive the business forward to achieve the seemingly impossible!**Responsibilities*** Support with visibility to regional UK team via weekly, and monthly reporting, and pioneer the future by creating tools to enhance financial clarity and decision-making that is accurate, clear and actionable* Support all aspects of the monthly financial forecast process, as well as annual budgeting for the regional hub, determining drivers of risk and opportunity versus the operating plan* Support with reviewing trade spend activities ensuring that we are getting adequate ROI for the spend (recommendation our how best the region should be spending the money)* Review monthly financial results and prepare/post all required month‑end journals to ensure accurate and timely LSB EU reporting.* Relentlessly support FP&A managers to pursue opportunities to improve processes, improve forecast accuracy, assess risk, and establish urgency across the organization to maximize margin* Partner with wider LSB finance team in assessing monthly close results and sharing actuals and implications to the broader organization.* Partner with FP&A managers to ensure robust internal controls are maintained across all EU hubs and support the retention of administrative evidence required for internal and external audit.**Experience you'll bring*** Experience working within commercial finance or FP&A, ideally within a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS), data modelling and the creation of dynamic, insightful reports.* Proven ability to build strong, influential relationships at all levels of the organisation, creating momentum and engagement around key financial initiatives.* Background in FMCG is strongly preferred due to the pace, complexity, and commercial focus of the sector. Actively studying towards a recognised accountancy qualification (e.g., CIMA/ACCA/ACA/AAT).* SAP experience is highly desirable and Anaplan experience is a major plus.We are the people behind method + Ecover.
