We are looking for a skilled Head Barista to serve great coffee in the busy cafe within our family-owned, independent garden centre, to start asap, working 5 days per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

The role will involve

• Makingand servingexcellent speciality coffee and tea beverages
• Maintaining a clean and sanitised workstation
• Following health and safety guidelines
• Managinga positive team environment
• Training and managing new staff

The right candidate will be

• A skilled, experienced barista
• Comfortable with working busy shifts
• Friendly, outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service
• Tidy and self-disciplined
• Able to manage others

The role reports to the cafe manager/deputy manager.
