We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, dedicated and capable SEND Learning Support Assistant to aid the teaching and learning of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities across the Key Stages in a mainstream, high achieving secondary school. The successful candidate will join a team of supportive and professional staff who are intent on providing the best learning opportunities for all children and will work under the guidance of the classroom teacher/SENDCO to support the personal and academic development of students. The ability to support GCSE maths, English and science would be an advantage.
Applicants would ideally have experience of working in a school environment, should have a good working knowledge of SEND and a passion for supporting young people to be the best they can be.
