A leading media company in Manchester seeks a Head of Online to manage the performance of their online channel. You will develop strategies in collaboration with senior management, own the online P&L, and enhance customer experiences. As The Head of Online you will be accountable for the end-to-end performance of makemeawinner.co.uk’s online channel. You will be developing the online strategy in collaboration with the senior management team and own the online P&L, product roadmap and customer experience, ensuring that product, technology, propositions and marketing work together to deliver sustainable growth.
Acting as the “conductor” of all online activity, you will turn strategic objectives into a coherent, prioritised delivery plan and ensures strong execution across teams and partners.
This is a full-time role, Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours a week. We also support a hybrid work model that balances working from home and our office in Manchester (Castle Quays)
