We are a friendly and welcoming department, looking for physiotherapists to join our well-established Band 5 Physiotherapy rotations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to advance and consolidate your knowledge and skills across a variety of acute clinical settings. The role is suitable for new graduates as well as those with previous working experience; those in their final year of study are welcome to apply.
Band 5 rotations across South Tyneside and Sunderland include:
Professional development is encouraged through annual and rotational appraisals, supervision with senior staff from the specialist area, as well as peer group meetings where you have an opportunity to learn from, and to share your experiences with, your Band 5 Physio peers. This may also include involvement in‑service developments and audits.

To work as an autonomous practitioner using clinical reasoning skills to provide physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, treatment and advice to an independently managed caseload.
