Qualifications

• RICS qualified, newly qualified, or qualified by experience.
• Strong agricultural and rural land knowledge is essential.
• Experience negotiating compensation related to land rights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality land and property advice for clients.
• Secure land rights including wayleaves, easements, and acquisitions.
• Negotiate compensation claims fairly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and provide client updates.
• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
