• Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a care setting.
• Willingness to undertake CQC registration.
• Strong leadership skills with a caring attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the service.
• Develop and implement person-centred support plans.
• Conduct care needs assessments and recruit new staff.
• Complete medication audits and attend multidisciplinary meetings.
