Qualifications

• Must have competencies PTS, IWA or COSS, and PS.
• Must complete Network Rail approved pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the rail line possession.
• Attend (S)PICOP and COSS briefings; raise concerns if messages are unclear.
• Support pre-possession checks and be in place an hour in advance.
• Monitor blocking points and place boards according to guidelines.
• Attend worksites to carry out safety audits.
• Support on-site walkouts to understand environment and safety concerns.
