Qualifications

• Interest and enthusiasm for machining and restoring engine components.
• Prior experience in hands-on mechanical or machining operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pressure test cylinder heads for cracks and porosity.
• Perform full cylinder head re-working including disassembly and assembly.
• Cut valves and seats to specifications.
• Skim critical faces of engine components.
• Re-grind and balance crankshafts.
• Re-bore and re-sleeve cylinder blocks.
• Resize and bush connecting rods.
