Job summary

A leading engineering recruitment firm is looking for an Assistant ICA Engineer in London. This hybrid role is a 12-month rolling contract supporting major projects by ensuring compliance and supporting factory/site testing. You will review technical designs, undertake inspections, and liaise with contractors. Qualifications

• Experience in reviewing contractor's technical designs.
• Ability to ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards.
• Experience with NEC supervisor duties for EICA inspections.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor's EICA designs and inspection deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Undertake NEC supervisor duties for inspections and testing.

Skills

Design, factory testing, site installation and commissioning experience

Rockwell SCADA and PLC experience

Knowledge of LV electrical systems and BS7671

Experience in the UK water industry

Networking technologies experience (field bus, Profibus)

Education

Recognized qualification or formal training in electrical/electronic/communication engineering
