• Extensive experience in Insurance Actuarial roles with exposure to Lloyds & London Market Pricing.
• Proven ability to work with complex data, statistical analysis, and actuarial modelling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Pricing team and Underwriting departments.
• Mentor and coach the Insurance Pricing team.
• Support Pricing leaders with governance and reporting to management.
• Develop and validate pricing models in compliance with governance policies.
• Analyze data to create robust pricing models that improve underwriting profitability.
