Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in pattern development, ideally in upholstery, automotive trim, or fashion/tailoring.
• Strong interpretation skills from design to pattern.
• Proficient in digitizing patterns and using Accumark.

Responsibilities

• Translate design briefs into accurate prototypes through upholstery techniques.
• Develop and digitize production-ready patterns using Accumark.
• Create optimized fabric markers to maximize material efficiency.
