Job summary

Qualifications

  • Previous work experience in technical training or coaching, preferably in SaaS or Fintech.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and delivering training sessions.
  • In-depth knowledge of eCommerce Solutions and digital payments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to I&DS support specialists.
  • Plan and host training sessions for various teams.
  • Maintain an updated support manual and training library.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and Product teams.
