Job summary

An online learning platform is seeking tutors for personalized 1 on 1 ESL lessons with students from Singapore and Hong Kong. The position offers flexibility in scheduling, with a pay rate of $20 USD per class plus incentives. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of teaching experience in K-12 ELA. Reliability and the ability to create a welcoming learning environment are essential. Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 in ELA.
• Teaching qualification preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 20 hours of availability on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for students.
• Update availability in the Cosmo App.
• Prepare lesson materials appropriate for student's age and ability.
