Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Financial Administrator required.

Responsibilities

  • Raise invoices and process income including cash allocation.
  • Liaise with Local and Health Authorities for payments.
  • Ensure complete documentation for all admissions.
  • Safeguard resident funds and reconcile transactions.
  • Administer supplier payments and petty cash.
  • Process employee payroll and related information.
  • Provide clerical support to the Home Manager.
  • Maintain an organized filing system.
