Job description

My client are looking for a Senior Finance Business Analysts for a contract opportunity to start ASAP.

IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Rate: Negotiable
Location: London - Hybrid 1-2 days a week on site
Duration: Initial 6 Months

Requirements

• Proven Finance Business Analyst experience delivering finance change initiatives, with a strong focus on partner or partnership-based programmes
• Hands-on experience analysing partner compensation models, including how partners are rewarded, paid, or incentivised, or having worked in a partner compensation-related role
• Strong finance domain knowledge, gained through finance project delivery or a professional finance / accountancy background
• Ability to lead detailed analysis independently, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and as-is / to-be analysis with minimal supervision
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working closely with senior finance and partner stakeholders in complex environments
• Highly desirable: Accountacy Qualification - ACCA, ACMA or equivalent
