The role
As an Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Engineer (EC&I), you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will play a key role in supporting, safe, compliant and efficient nuclear operations by delivering high-quality EC&I Design outputs—reducing project risks, enabling regulatory approval, and contributing to successful execution of business-critical programmes.

This is a full‑time role working 37 hours per week. The role can be based at one of Cavendish Nuclear’s key locations including Warrington (Cheshire), Leicester (Leicestershire), Humberside (East Yorkshire), Cumbria (Westlakes), Preston (Lancashire), Newbury (Berkshire) or Bristol. Hybrid working patterns are available, with an expectation of three days per week on site.

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. Further details are available in UK government guidance on security vetting.
