A global elevator and escalator company is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to enhance employee development through innovative training programs. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of lift and escalator technologies, experience in training techniques, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training courses, supporting NVQ programs, and mentoring apprentices.
