This position includes responsibilities such as booking customer samples, ensuring compliance and quality, and providing exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will have strong IT skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a proactive attitude. Candidates can expect flexible hours with a 30-hour work week, Monday to Friday, between 8.30am-3pm, with potential for contract extension.

Responsibilities

• Receive and book customer samples into the laboratory accurately.
• Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
• Input sample results into the jobs database without delay.
• Maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies for a safe environment.
• Provide flexible support during peak workloads.
