As our People Coordinator, you will report to the People and Relationships Manager. You will be the administrative heartbeat of the People team, liasing with teams daily, and managing the employee lifecycle from recruitment, to new starter inductions to benefits administration.
Providing a confidential, proactive, and efficient administrative service to the People team and wider Agency.
Managing the People team email inbox daily and responding to enquiries promptly.
Handling general administration including processing invoices, filing, and updating documents.
Managing the administration of new starters, including offer documents, right to work checks, and DBS checks.
Assisting with the recruitment cycle, including posting job adverts and maintaining our applicant tracking system.
Collating monthly payroll documentation and entering accurate information into relevant spreadsheets.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant and proven administration experience in a HR or People team.
Excellent organisation and administration skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Experience in pro‑actively managing your own workload to meet deadlines while using your initiative.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience working with People systems.
Highly discreet approach to confidential information with a professional but personable communication style.
