Overview

Care Team Leader role at Sanctuary Care. Location: Ashley House Residential Care Home, Forest Road, Bordon, Hampshire, GU35 0XT. Salary: £14.85 per hour. Requisition: 225633. Closing Date: [Please insert closing date if available].

Responsibilities
  • Look after the day-to-day needs of residents with compassion and commitment, ensuring they are comfortable in their home.
  • Support Care Assistants in their development and work with a team to deliver high-quality, personalised care in line with each resident’s care plan.
  • Lead and coordinate activities to enrich residents’ lives, including leisure and social activities.
  • Foster a kind and supportive environment for residents, families, and colleagues.
