We’re proud of our high levels of staff retention and with staff at the very heart of our company, you’re never just a cog in the machine, but someone who can truly have an impact on how we do business.

Our background

Established in 1995 by Steve Speller and Andy Metcalfe, their vision was to develop a business at the cutting edge of construction, built upon an ethos of family values which are reflected in everything we do.

Now one of the UK’s leading regional contractors, we predominantly work across the Midlands and South West regions. With offices in Malvern and Wolverhampton, we deliver a range of public and private sector projects from £250k up to £30 million across a numbers of fields including education, healthcare, residential and leisure.

  • Maintain accurate project information, records, and documentation in systems such as iProcure and Fieldwire.
  • Lead and participate in tender interviews, Pre-Let Package meetings, Design Development meetings, coordination meetings, and Project Progress Meetings, including minute-taking and action tracking.
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors, clients, and the design team to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance with contract requirements.
  • Oversee project programmes, schedules, resources, and team responsibilities, ensuring timely allocation and competent staffing.
  • Monitor and address training needs of the Project Delivery Team to maintain relevant competence.
  • Ensure adherence to specifications, drawings, industry standards, and project deliverables, including manufacturer guarantees on D&B projects.
  • Conduct risk assessments, report significant operational and commercial risks, and support the enhancement of commercial value.
  • Assist with contractual notices, safety audits, stand downs, and post-completion processes.
  • Ensure effective documentation of project progress, delays, disruptions, best practices, and lessons learned.
  • Drive projects to completion within cost, time, and quality standards, aiming for zero defects.
