A leading construction and engineering company based in Brixworth seeks a Team Leader for Development Management Site Inspections. You will supervise a team ensuring compliance in highway development projects, specifically in West and North Northamptonshire. The ideal candidate has qualifications in civil engineering and significant experience in highway works, with a focus on safety and compliance standards. This role offers a salary of £58,000 - £62,000 plus benefits including a car allowance and private healthcare.
Are you ready to lead a team that ensures quality and safety in highway development projects? You'll be based in Brixworth Northamptonshire. As Team Leader for Development Management Site Inspections, you'll play a crucial role in monitoring the construction phase of highways that are built as part of new developments in both West Northamptonshire and North Northamptonshire.
Location: Brixworth, Northamptonshire - travel to the office and developer sites required with some remote working available.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
Salary: £58,000 - £62,000 per year + £5.9k annual car allowance + private healthcare + benefits.

As a Team Leader, you'll be leading the development management site inspection team, ensuring compliance with specifications, and fostering collaborative relationships with developers and contractors on new streets and works within the existing highway to facilitate development.
