A primary school is seeking a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant in Saltburn-by-the-Sea. The successful candidate will supervise children during lunchtime, escort them to and from the dining hall, and ensure safety during playtime. Actual Salary: £2,820.47 (Grade C, SCP 3)
Hours of Work: 5 hours per week, term time only (1 hour per day, Monday to Friday)
Contract Type: Permanent

We seek to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant who will escort pupils to and from the dining hall, assist younger pupils at the serving counter and with proper use of and returning of trays, cutlery and beakers, etc. You will also supervise pupils in the playground and ensure behaviour standards are in line with school policy. A willingness to train in first aid is essential as you would need to deal with any minor issues and ensure children play safely, reporting and asking for assistance from appropriate members of staff as necessary.
