Responsible for the delivery of digital change across Vanquis and Snoop, transforming ideas into high value product features that support our strategic objectives. We work as a cross functional Agile team and bringing together designers SMEs, developers and QAs, to design, build and iterate digital experiences at pace. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders, we prioritise based on customer insight, business value and regulatory needs, ensuring every change delivers meaningful impact. We remove blockers, maintain delivery cadence and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Above all, we empower our people, developing our Product Owners and wider teams to perform at their best while shaping the future of Vanquis’ digital products.
