As a senior therapist in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, with post qualification training and experience in Long Term Physical Conditions (LTCs) / Medically Unexplained Symptoms (MUS), the post-holder is an autonomous clinical practitioner, responsible for their own actions within the context of professional and BABCP guidelines and the overall framework of the services objectives and policies.
