Responsibilities

• Resolve material certification issues with suppliers in a timely manner.
• Liaise with Engineering and Quality departments for guidance.
• Assist suppliers on material certificates and specifications.
• Conduct witness testing of products to comply with quality standards.
• Identify areas for improvement in quality policies.
• Conduct internal quality management audits.
• Support investigation and analysis of customer returned products.
• Manage supply chain performance reviews and audits.
• Create and maintain company quality documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Skills

Knowledge of quality testing methods

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Interpreting engineering material standards

Understanding of ISO 9001, API

Familiarity with quality methodologies

Numeracy and literacy skills

Communication skills

Education

GCSE min Grade 4 or equivalent in Maths and English
