• Proven experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the factory’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Establish quality control processes, procedures, and inspection standards.
• Conduct regular internal and supplier audits to ensure compliance.
• Develop training programs for staff enhancing quality control processes.
• Act as the main point of contact for third-party audits and regulatory bodies.
• Recruit, train, and manage the performance of the quality team.
