This role is pivotal in enhancing supply chain strategy and executing analytical improvements across multiple sites. Candidates should have a degree in Business, Engineering, or Finance and a proven background in managing supply chain operations, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills and ERP experience are essential for driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Business, Engineering or Finance.
• Strong analytical capability with experience handling and interpreting large data sets.
• Proven experience working with ERP systems.
• Management experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally with close exposure to operations or production teams.
• Familiarity with industry quality management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and deliver improvement projects.
• APICS certification or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead short- to long-range supply chain planning for resource allocation.
• Develop and implement analytical tools for inventory modelling.
• Collaborate with teams to define replenishment strategies.
• Drive on-time despatch performance above 95%.
• Support rollout of quality management systems.
• Use data-driven insights for improvement projects.
