The Enterprise Application Delivery Manager drives execution excellence, optimises delivery processes, and ensures that enterprise platforms evolve in line with organisational needs.**Key Responsibilities****Delivery Leadership:** Lead the end‑to‑end planning, execution, and implementation of enterprise application initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.**Portfolio Management:** Oversee the enterprise applications delivery portfolio, prioritising work, managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps.**Stakeholder Engagement:** Partner with senior business leaders, product owners, and technology teams to define delivery expectations, manage risks, and support informed decision‑making.**Process Optimisation:** Continuously refine delivery methodologies, workflows, and governance processes to improve efficiency, predictability, and transparency across the delivery lifecycle.**Governance & Compliance:** Ensure all delivery activities adhere to enterprise architecture principles, security standards, regulatory requirements, and change‑management controls.**Team Leadership:** Provide direction, coaching, and support to delivery managers, analysts, and cross‑functional project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.**Core Skills & Experience*** Extensive experience managing large‑scale enterprise application delivery within complex organisations.* Strong understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and enterprise‑level governance frameworks.* Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.* Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving capabilities.* Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.A career that you define.
