A leading cricket organization in Greater London is seeking individuals for match-day casual customer service roles. Responsibilities include selling tickets, providing excellent customer service, managing ticketing queries, and supporting retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess communication skills and be flexible to work during weekends and match days. Retail experience is desirable but not essential. The Position Provide an efficient, courteous and personable service to all our customers or visitors to the Club during match days. Selling tickets, membership and retail products using both manual and computerised systems. Work at a leading international cricket venue. Match-day casual work with a great team atmosphere.
