As a Scientist, you will play a key role in developing and applying advanced radar and signal processing solutions that directly support our customers and help deliver operational advantage.
Day‑to‑day, you’ll be working on modelling, simulation and analysis activities, developing algorithms, processing real‑world data and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex technical challenges across a range of radar and signal processing projects.

This role is 37 hours per week based at Portsmouth Technology Park (PTP). Hybrid working patterns are available. Travel to other QinetiQ and customer sites will be expected.
Portsmouth Technology Park (PTP) is one of QinetiQ’s key facilities, focusing on advanced technology development and engineering services. It is dedicated to research and development, ensuring that complex systems are designed, integrated, and tested effectively to meet operational requirements. The facility utilises sophisticated modelling and simulation techniques to analyse and predict performance.
