A leading media organization is seeking a Contract Administrator to manage enterprise contracts, support finance operations, and enhance operational efficiency. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years’ experience in contract management or finance. This role involves administration of large enterprise and strategic contracts, supporting account managers with expense inputs, and optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with the SCEMs, Client Success Support Ops team, and Finance team to ensure smooth account activation, deduplication, and industry allocation. Additionally, this role will assist in collecting WHT documents, chasing payments, and accelerating responses from sales to finance for required deals.

This is a 5-month contractual position. In order to support the US, Europe, and Asia region, this position would entail working in rotational shifts.
