Responsibilities

• Support the shop manager to guide and engage a diverse team.
• Commercial running of the store including stock management.
• Provide excellent customer and supporter service.
• Achieve targets for donated stock and income.
• Create relationships with the local community.
• Organise and deliver creative fundraising events.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety policies.
• Deputise for the shop manager in their absence.
