Overview

Tam’s Brig Surgery is a progressive, patient-focused practice with a list size of over 7,700 patients. We offer a bespoke service provision with a mix of pre-bookable and same-day appointments. Our team includes GP Partners, Salaried GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses, and an extended MDT comprising Pharmacists, CTAC, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapists, Community Link Worker, Dietician, and Mental Health Practitioners.

As a training practice, we host FY2 doctors, GPST1 and GPST3 trainees, and regularly welcome medical students. We value continuous learning and collaboration, with regular team meetings, QI projects, and PBSGL sessions for clinical staff. We use EMIS and Docman systems.

We are seeking an enthusiastic GP Locum to provide cover for maternity leave within the surgery, working alongside our dedicated team to deliver excellent patient care in a friendly and collaborative environment.

Offer

We are offering;

• 6 sessions per week, those being Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
• generally 25 appointments per day
• Duty Doctor on a rotational basis
• specified coffee and lunch breaks
• dedicated admin time
• limited house visits
