• Track record in Healthcare is desirable.
• High level of verbal, written, and numeric skills.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Hard FM services and encourage innovation.
• Recruit, motivate, and manage the Hard FM services teams.
• Oversee planned maintenance and resource management.
• Administer maintenance IT systems for efficient utilization.
• Negotiate with suppliers for cost efficiencies.
• Prepare specifications for contracted works.
• Ensure compliance with financial and commercial controls.
